Speech at the Political Assembly by Secr. General

EPPW Secretary General Hillie van de Streek delivered a speech at the EPP Political Assembly of 4 and 5 February 2010.

In this speech she stressed the ambitions and aims of the EPP Women for 2010, being the advancement of women’s political emancipation throughout Europe and effectively influencing EPP Politics.

 Within the EPP, the EPP WOMEN look forward to actively participating in all EPP Working Groups. Ms Van de Streek is convinced that that participation of the EPPW within the EPP Working Groups contributes to the quality of EPP Politics: "Together we strengthen our political family and help making it a real European People’s Party, where male and female members feel at home."
